Tasting Notes
A top quality spiced rum from Mauritius. This is one of the best spiced rums on the market. The recipe remains a secret but it’s possible to detect vanilla and cinnamon on the nose which follow through onto the palate, cloves and ginger then come into play too. This is well rounded with a good balance of spice, great in a spiced mojito.
