PRODUCT INFORMATION
A native Herefordshire pest, identified by the legendary Herbert Durham during the 1920s. In 2022, we saw one of the sunnies and hottest summer's of recent memory, and that has boosted the natural sugar in the pear, giving us around 1% extra alcohol than normal! The favour is lightly acidic and gentle, with green herbal notes. And thanks to the growing conditions, the vintage has a more citrussy quality than earlier years, with a distinct lemon & lime fruity flavour. Eminently quaffable.
