PRODUCT INFORMATION
We took inspiration from the Baltimore Cream Soda (orange, strawberry, peach, and vanilla), which was served at soda fountains across the U.S. in the late 1800s, when we brewed this beer. We used Golden Promise malted barley and malted wheat for a creamy base. Coriander seeds, bitter orange peel, orange zest, Cascade and Galaxy hops were added for big orange juice flavours, alongside peach and strawberry purees. Lastly, we used Philly Sour yeast to make it lightly sour like a soda.
